Comprehensive privacy notice
What personal data we process, why, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights, in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties).

1. Data controller
Future Consulting and Tecnology, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, "FCTECH"), with its address at Av. Coyoacán 1622, Col. del Valle Sur, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, C.P. 03104, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for processing your personal data.
This notice is issued in accordance with the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on March 20, 2025 (the "Law") and the regulations derived from it.

2. Data we process
We only process the data you provide to us or that is generated when you use our services:

We do not process sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.
3. Purposes
Necessary purposes for your relationship with us:
- Responding to your requests for information, contact and quotes.
- Preparing proposals and entering into contracts for licenses, equipment and services.
- Setting up, managing, renewing and supporting your Microsoft, Google and other vendor subscriptions.
- Invoicing and collecting payment for contracted services.
- Complying with legal, tax and contractual obligations.
- Keeping the site secure and working properly.
Additional purposes, which are not necessary for the relationship and which you may refuse:
- Sending you FCTECH news, event invitations and promotions.
- Satisfaction surveys and market research.
If you do not want us to use your data for these additional purposes, write to us at privacidad@fctech.com.mx with the subject "No a finalidades adicionales" (No to additional purposes). Refusing does not affect the services you have purchased.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use advertising tools. It uses:
- Microsoft Clarity, by Microsoft Corporation, to understand how the site is used through heatmaps and anonymous session recordings (clicks, scrolling and cursor movement). It automatically masks what you type in forms, uses first-party cookies (
_clck,_clsk) and receives your IP address. We do not use it to identify you or for advertising. More information in the Microsoft privacy statement. - Google Analytics, by Google LLC, to measure statistically how many people visit the site, which pages they view and from which type of device. It uses first-party cookies (
_ga) and receives your IP address, which Google processes in shortened form. We do not use it to identify you or for advertising. You can block it in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. - Browser local storage to remember whether you prefer the light or dark theme and to avoid counting your visit to a news item twice. It contains no personal data and you can clear it from your browser.
- View and "like" counter for news items, which stores an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address using a secret key. We do not store your IP address or use it to identify you.
- Server logs (IP address, browser and date) that the hosting provider generates for security purposes.
To display fonts, icons and animations, the site loads files from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs (Cloudflare), which receive your IP address when delivering them.
5. Transfers and service providers
To fulfill the necessary purposes, we may share your data with:

These transfers are necessary to fulfill the contract you enter into with us or a legal obligation, so they do not require your consent.
We also use service providers that process data on our behalf (site hosting, email, web analytics, electronic invoicing and payment processing). They use it only to provide their services to us and under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
6. ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)
You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if it is inaccurate, Cancel it when you believe it is no longer needed, and Oppose its processing for specific purposes.
To exercise these rights, send your request to privacidad@fctech.com.mx with:
- Your name and a way for us to reply to you.
- An official ID or, if you are acting on behalf of another person, the document that proves you are their representative.
- A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
- Any document that helps us locate your data and, if you are requesting a rectification, the correction you are asking for.
7. Revoking your consent and limiting the use of your data
You may revoke the consent you gave us at any time by writing to privacidad@fctech.com.mx with the same requirements as in section 6. In some cases we will not be able to process the revocation immediately, for example when we must keep data due to a legal obligation or an active contract; we will explain this in our response.
To limit the use or disclosure of your data, for example to stop receiving communications from FCTECH, ask to be added to our opt-out list in the same email. Every communication we send you will also include a way to stop receiving them.
8. Retention and security
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of this notice and to comply with legal and tax obligations. After that, we block it and delete it securely.
We apply administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, and unauthorized use, access or processing.
9. Authority
If you believe your right to the protection of your personal data has been violated, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Governance), the authority responsible for overseeing compliance with the Law.
10. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice due to changes in the law, in our services or in our practices. The current version will always be published on this page with its last updated date. If a change requires your consent, we will ask you for it.
