FAQ

About buying Microsoft through FCTECH

Can I move my current licenses to FCTECH?

Yes. When your current term ends, your subscriptions can renew with us without interrupting service for your users. We review renewal dates so you don't pay twice.

What agreement do I sign with Microsoft?

You accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement once. The terms of use for each product are the ones Microsoft publishes.

Do you have access to my tenant?

Only if you authorize it, with delegated admin permissions limited by role and by time. You can review or remove them from your admin center.

Who provides support?

We do, in Spanish, as your first point of contact. If the case requires it, we escalate it to Microsoft and follow up.

When do your licenses renew?

Send us your renewal date and we'll propose the plan and term that work best for you.
