Frequently asked questions
Does Teams Phone work in Mexico?
Yes. Microsoft offers a domestic Calling Plan for Mexico, and you can also use Operator Connect with a carrier or Direct Routing with your current provider.
What license does a meeting room need?
Each shared room requires a Teams Rooms license: Basic is free for up to 25 rooms, and Pro adds advanced features and management.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace?
Yes. We migrate Gmail and Google Drive to Exchange Online and OneDrive with Migration Monitor, our own migration platform, with an upfront inventory and validation of every mailbox.
Is Teams included in Microsoft 365?
Since November 2025 you can once again buy the suites with Teams worldwide. Versions without Teams also exist; we recommend the one that fits you.
