About buying Google Workspace with FCTECH

Can I bring my current Google Workspace to FCTECH?

Yes. We transfer your subscription without interrupting your users' email or files. If you're on an Annual Plan, we check the renewal date so you don't pay twice.

What agreement do I sign with Google?

You accept the Google Workspace Terms of Service for reseller customers. Use of each service is governed by the terms Google publishes.

Can I use Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 at the same time?

Yes. Some companies have departments on each platform. We set up email and calendar coexistence, and if you decide to consolidate, we migrate with Migration Monitor in either direction.

Do you have access to my console?

Only if you authorize it, through an admin account with the necessary permissions. You can review or revoke it at any time.

Who provides support?

We do, in Spanish, as your first point of contact. If needed, we escalate the case to Google and follow up.

When does your Google Workspace renew?

Send us your renewal date and we'll propose the edition and payment plan that suit you best.
