Google Workspace Terms
How purchasing, payment plans, changes and renewals work for the Google Workspace licenses you buy through FCTECH.

1. Scope
These terms apply to Google Workspace licenses and add-ons the customer purchases through FCTECH (Future Consulting Technology), including the Business, Enterprise, Frontline and Education editions and AI add-ons.
FCTECH bills, manages and provides first-level support for those licenses. Google provides the service and is responsible for its operation and availability.
Consulting, migration and implementation services are governed by a separately signed proposal or services agreement.
2. Agreement with Google
To activate the service, a person authorized to represent the customer accepts the Google Workspace Terms of Service for reseller customers. Use of each service is also governed by the terms and policies Google publishes.
If these terms and Google's terms differ on use of the service, Google's terms prevail.
3. Payment plans
Each subscription is purchased under one of these plans:

| Annual | 12 months | Paid yearly or monthly. You commit to the purchased license count for the full term. |
4. Adding and reducing licenses
- Adding licenses is possible at any time on both plans. They are charged on a prorated basis.
- Reducing licenses on the Flexible Plan can be done whenever you want; on the Annual Plan, only at renewal.
- We can set a license cap on your account to prevent unplanned additions.
5. Edition changes
- Upgrading (for example, from Business Standard to Business Plus) is possible during the term.
- Downgrading takes effect on the renewal date.
- Switching from the Flexible Plan to the Annual Plan can be done at any time; from Annual to Flexible, at renewal.
6. Renewal
Before your annual term ends, we contact you to confirm the edition, license count and payment plan for the next period. If no option is selected, Google switches the subscription to the Flexible Plan on the renewal date.
7. Pricing
- On the Annual Plan, the per-license price is fixed for the term.
- On the Flexible Plan, the price may change according to Google's price list.
- Quotes state currency, taxes and validity. Prices exclude VAT (IVA) unless stated otherwise.
- Google promotions apply only while valid and under their own terms.
8. Trial
Google offers a 14-day trial to evaluate the service. When it ends, the subscription continues on the plan agreed with you or is canceled if you so indicate.
9. Cancellation and data
- On cancellation, user data is deleted and cannot be recovered. Export your information before canceling; we can help.
- For a limited time after canceling, you can reactivate the subscription and keep users and groups, within the periods Google sets.
- To request a cancellation, email contacto@fctech.com.mx with the domain and desired date.
10. Payment and suspension
Invoices are due within the period stated in the quote. For non-payment, FCTECH may suspend license additions and, after notifying you, ask Google to suspend the service.
11. Administration and support
FCTECH provides support in Spanish as the first point of contact and escalates to Google when needed. We access your Admin console only with your authorization and the necessary permissions.
12. General provisions
Google defines the features of each edition, and they may change. FCTECH may update these terms; the current version is the one published on this page. For questions, email us at contacto@fctech.com.mx.
